The Standard Terms and Conditions set out herein shall apply to all contracts for the sale of services between Vinodoctor and its Customers. Upon acceptance of a quotation by Vinodoctor and confirmation by the Customer, the Customer shall be deemend to have read, understood, and accepted terms herein regarding Payment, Delivery Charge, and Invoices.
